Online payment links are currently enabled for Early Bird Egyptian packages (EGP), Early Bird Non-Egyptian packages (USD), and Early Bird Cadaver workshops. Final USD checkout amounts include payment processing fees.

Cadaver Hands-on Workshops

  • Limited to 11 participants only per workshop.
  • Confirmation is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • 2 candidates per cadaver for hands-on training.
  • Access to all scientific sessions.
  • Certificate of Attendance.
  • CME Accreditation Certificate.
  • Coffee breaks and lunch included.

Group Discount

  • Special discounts available for group registrations (5 participants or more).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

  • More than 60 Days before the event: 25% administrative fee will be charged
  • 45 Days before the event: 50% fee will be charged.
  • Less than 30 Days before the event: 100% fee will be charged (No Refund / Non-refundable).
  • Cadaver Hands-on Workshops: Due to strictly limited capacity (11 seats only), workshop fees are 100% Non-refundable unless a replacement participant is provided by the registrant.
  • Attendee Substitution: Name replacement is allowed up to 7 days prior to the event upon written request and approval.
  • All approved refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
